Privacy Policy for the “Data-list-it: bulk operations in Notion” Chrome Extension

Last updated: 10 Aug 2026

  1. Overview

Data-list-it: bulk operations in Notion is a Chrome extension designed to connect directly to your Notion workspace to provide its functionality. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

  2. Data Collection and Usage

The extension facilitates a direct connection between your browser and the Notion API. All data handling is limited to this purpose.

    Notion Integration Tokens

To connect to the Notion API, you must provide an internal Notion integration token.

The extension operates a server that processes requests required for its functionality. We store a unique identifier and associated credit balance for service management purposes. Notion content may be processed transiently to perform requested operations but is not stored on our servers after processing is complete.

    Notion Content

The extension may read data from the Notion pages or databases you explicitly select in order to:

    Local Storage

Data fetched from Notion may be stored in local extension storage (for example, chrome.storage.local) to improve performance and usability. This data remains entirely on your device.

    Data Updates

Changes made using the extension are processed solely to perform the requested operation and are transmitted to Notion using the official Notion API. We do not permanently store your Notion pages, databases, or update content on our servers.

  3. Analytics and Tracking

The extension does not collect analytics or telemetry about your browsing activity and does not track the websites you visit.
We store a unique identifier and associated credit balance on our servers in order to manage usage limits. This credit data is not linked to your Notion content and is not used for advertising or behavioral tracking.
Aggregated usage statistics (such as install or uninstall counts) may also be provided automatically by the Chrome Web Store. These statistics do not provide access to your Notion content.

  4. Data Transfer

Network communication occurs between your local device, Notion’s services (api.notion.com), and our servers for the purpose of managing pseudonymous credit balances and main service functionality.
Our servers do not permanently store your Notion pages, databases, or workspace content. Such content may be processed transiently to perform requested operations.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information or Notion content with third parties.

  5. Storage and Security

Most data processed by the extension remains stored locally within your browser and your Notion workspace.
We store only a unique pseudonymous identifier and associated credit balance on our servers to provide service functionality.
We do not store your Notion pages, databases, or workspace content on our servers except for transient processing required to perform user-requested operations.
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect stored data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

  6. User Control and Data Deletion

You have full control over your data:

  7. Permissions

The extension requires the following permissions to function:

These permissions are used solely to provide the extension’s core functionality.

  8. EU / UK (GDPR) Users

Most data processed by the extension remains on your device and within your Notion workspace.
To provide the service, we store a credit balance associated with a unique pseudonymous identifier on our servers.
We do not store your Notion pages, databases, or workspace content on our servers.
Removing your Notion integration token and installing the extension will stop further use of the service. Server-side credit data associated with the extension is removed when the service can determine that the extension is no longer in use.

  9. Public Website Analytics

Our public website (separate from the Chrome extension) uses Google Analytics to measure general website traffic.
This analytics usage does not apply to the extension itself and does not involve access to Notion data or browser activity.

  10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by the “Effective Date” at the top of this document.
